1. What we collect

  • When you order a token: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and pincode.
  • When you order a digital signature: your name, mobile number and email address, the certificate you choose, and your delivery address if you add a token. Identity checks for the certificate (Aadhaar eKYC or PAN, and video verification) are completed as part of the certificate application.
  • When you use the contact form: your name, phone number, email address and message.
  • When you subscribe to our newsletter: your name, email address and phone number.

2. How we use it

  • To process and deliver your order, issue your certificate and send your invoice.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To send newsletters, only if you subscribe.
  • To meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Who we share it with

  • Information may be shared with authorized banking or payment partners (Razorpay) only to complete payment processing.
  • Courier partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver token orders.
  • The certifying authority that issues your digital signature receives the details needed for your application.
  • Google hosts the forms we use to record newsletter sign-ups and enquiries.
  • Only information required for transaction completion and compliance is shared, or where the law requires it.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and the tawk.to chat widget to measure visits, improve the site and show relevant ads. Google reCAPTCHA protects our contact form from spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Information confidentiality

  • User information is treated as confidential and is shared only when required for service delivery or legal compliance.
  • Personal data is not disclosed to unauthorized third parties.

6. Payment method responsibility

  • Customers may choose any available online payment option.
  • mToken does not force or promote any one payment method over another.
  • If a payment is made using a card not personally owned by the customer, explicit permission from the lawful card owner is required.

7. Card and payment data

Sensitive payment details such as full debit or credit card information are processed by secure payment gateway systems and are not stored by mToken.

8. Newsletter

Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time.

9. Your requests

To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email info@mtokens.in or call 1800 890 4841. We may need to keep some records, such as invoices, for as long as tax law requires.

10. No warranty
